you purchased a product from Condomshoppe.com that is not exactly what you
expected you can return it.
Our
policy is if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may
return it to us for a full store credit (minus the shipping and a small
re-stocking fee) within 10 days of receiving your order.

inspect all toys immediately! If you receive a defective product, we will
promptly credit you or replace it only. Please contact us via e-mail, contactus@condomshoppe.com or by
telephone 1(800)-480-6506 to obtain a return authorization number. Please return the items
in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip.
Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all
packaging for the 30-day return period.
Due to health regulation's and the obvious risks, marital aids and toys that
have been used are non refundable. All claims must be made within 48 hours of
receiving the product!
*No Credit or Exchanges will be accepted after the 48 hours without a claim.
